Eviction Prevention Manager

As the STEP (Supportive Team for Eviction Prevention) Manager, you'll oversee a dynamic team focused on preventing housing loss and supporting resident stability. This role provides leadership, coaching, and accountability for program outcomes, ensures high-quality documentation and compliance standards, and drives continuous improvement across services.

You'll serve as a trusted partner, building and maintaining critical relationships with Community Management, Health Services, and leaders across Supportive Housing and Housing programs to deliver coordinated, resident-centered support that makes a lasting impact.
