Managment Analyst

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Manpower Programs Department of NAVMAC.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent pay system that demonstrates applying qualitative and quantitative analytical principles, methods, and techniques to determine manpower requirements; interpreting and applying administrative laws, regulations, precedents, and policy guidance governing Navy manpower requirements and workforce mix; applying Federal acquisition principles to develop requirements documentation for analytic support services and oversee contractor performance; and preparing and delivering written and oral presentations on complex manpower studies to senior officials and negotiating resolution of sensitive issues.
