Overview

MRI Technologist – Full-Time, Second Shift Piedmont Imaging Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Join Piedmont Imaging as a full-time MRI Technologist and provide exceptional patient care while performing high-quality MRI examinations in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. This second-shift position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends Responsibilities Perform high-quality MRI scans safely and efficiently.

Screen, prepare, position, and monitor patients throughout exams. Review orders, select appropriate imaging protocols, and administer contrast when required. Ensure image quality and complete accurate documentation. Maintain excellent patient care, customer service, and safety standards. Follow Med. Quest policies, OSHA regulations, and quality assurance requirements.

Maintain equipment, supplies, and a safe MRI environment. Participate in continuing education, cross-training, and certification maintenance. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program ARRT registered with advanced registry in MRI Must complete required CEU’s in a timely manner to ensure Certification remains active Active state licensure, where applicable CPR Certification is required Prior Experience: 0+ years of experience as a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist, required 2+ years of experience as an MRI Technologist, preferred Special Qualifications: IV skills required Knowledge of MRI procedures and standards Demonstrate adequate knowledge of anatomy Skill in operation of MRI equipment Customer service background and focus Company Message About Med.
