Asst Project Manager, Building Repair and Maintenance

Nex. Core Group is searching for a candidate to fill the position of Assistant Project Manager. This person will perform oversight of non-core and shell building construction as well as to self-perform certain construction activities on non-core and shell building construction. This role will be highly involved in creating punch lists, back checking punch lists and in some cases performing light construction work as needed for new and existing properties.
