Java Lead

Lead the design of scalable and maintainable solutions using Java and AWS services Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical architecture Define architecture blueprints, reference models, and design guidelines aligned with enterprise standards Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on Java frameworks and AWS practices Evaluate and select AWS services to support performance, cost efficiency, and security Drive cloud adoption initiatives including migration, automation, and CI CD pipeline design 10+ years of experience as a Java Lead, Technical Architect, or in a similar role Strong proficiency in Java and frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate Hands on experience designing and deploying applications using AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS, and Cloud.

Formation Understanding of cloud architecture principles, microservices, and serverless design Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Cloud. Formation, or Ansible Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
