Work cross functional to translate business needs into data requirements and output (dashboard, metrics, analysis) Ensure data accuracy, and consistency throughout different key metrics Build data governance and process improvement on company level to improve its reliability Build and improve data platform to make it easier for stakeholders to access and use Proactively generate idea and new insights for internal and external stakeholder Generate reports to aid management decision making process Manage short term and long term data roadmap planning Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields include: Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science & Data Analytics Min.

5 years of experience as Data Analyst or Data Strategy Proficient in using data visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics, etc. Good knowledge / understanding including SQL programming language, Microsoft Excel usage, and database management Having robust strategic and analytical skills, also intellectual curiosity Ability to translate business logic to clear data definition Detailed oriented and able to provide accurate calculation Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills Undersanding ETL is a plus
