Lead UX Designer full-time / part-time (hybrid)

You guide the development of complex digital products from discovery through successful delivery and ensure that the right problems are being solved. You identify, validate, and prioritize user and business opportunities together with Product Management and Engineering, creating user-centered solutions that deliver measurable value.

You actively shape product strategy, support data-driven decision-making, and drive a strong focus on both user needs and business objectives. You act as a trusted sparring partner and mentor, continuously advancing UX methods, standards, and design excellence while strengthening the UX culture across the organization.

You support the growth of UX talent through coaching, design reviews, and recruiting, contributing to the long-term success of the team. You evaluate and integrate modern technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Conversational AI to make research, design processes, and product development more efficient, data-driven, and innovative.
