Southern Hospitality Company, an entity of Southern Land Company, is headquartered in Nashville, TN is seeking a dishwasher to open our new Italian restaurant, Lupo Notte. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, in a fast-paced work environment.
The Dishwasher involves cleaning and sanitizing kitchenware and equipment, emptying trash, and maintaining a clean work area.
Key responsibilities include
scraping, rinsing, and loading dishes into a dishwasher, hand-washing pots and delicate items, and putting away clean dishes and utensils. Dishwashers also perform other cleaning and sanitation tasks, and may assist with basic food preparation
