Key Responsibilities

• Operate all kitchen stations including broiler, salad, and gyro once trained
• Maintain flexible scheduling, including opening, midday, and closing shifts
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed
• Ensure the kitchen environment remains sanitary and adheres to health regulations
• Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Maintain uniform standards and professional appearance at all times Skills and Qualifications:
• Ability to work at all stations (broiler, salad, gyro) after training
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including opening, midday, and closing
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Willingness to assist with prep work and other kitchen tasks
• Open availability is a plus
• Prior kitchen or food service experience is preferred but not required
