• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers Requirements Have prior experience as shift leader or the desire to be one. Able to provide references upon request. Able to smile and work in a fast pace environment. Be customer oriented. Able to take constructive feedback. Be able to speak to why you are interested and able to do the position of a shift leader. Be an effective communicator. Keep Gm and owner informed on potential issues. Willingness to learn. Be a leader of a team.
