Job description
East Coast Credit Union is seeking a Full-time Business Solutions Specialist to join our team in HRM! Reporting to the Supervisor, Business Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for improving the financial well-being of business and non-personal members and improving the member experience through provision of holistic advice and business solutions.
Through collaboration with the Business Services team and branch staff, the Business Solutions Specialist identifies and delivers cash management solutions for new small business members and meets the needs of existing members.
