What you'll do

Assess and track each resident's health during your shift Give medications and treatments, and document them on time Handle admissions, discharges, and transfers Provide hands-on care based on each resident's care plan Help build and update care plans with the care team Keep families and physicians informed about changes What you'll need Required: Active New Jersey RN license or multistate (compact) RN license Ability to pass a drug screen and background check Flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available) Preferred: Experience in long-term care or sub-acute rehab Pay and benefits $40.
