Job Description – Ascent Trainee (Front Office) Support daily Front Office operations and ensure a high standard of guest service in accordance with Anantara brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily Front Office operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and guest services. Handle guest requests and assist in resolving complaints to ensure guest satisfaction. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Maintain service quality in accordance with hotel policies and LQA standards.

Support daily reports, administrative tasks, and operational activities. Participate in departmental training, job rotations, and leadership development activities. Develop operational knowledge, communication, problem-solving, and management skills. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Not the right fit?
