Maintenance Handyman

Temporary job 3-4 weeks for a Maintenance Handyman to start straight away. Working shifts 40hrs pw which include every weekend. Weekday shifts 8-4.30pm and weekend shifts 12.30pm-9pm and 3pm-11pm rotating. Based at a 5 star hotel in Canary Wharf, London. The pay rate will be up to £17.00 per hour. Job Duties Preventative planned maintenance and reactive maintenance of plant & equipment throughout the hotel.

Basic maintenance on HVAC, electrical, general plumbing and hot and cold water supply. The Maintenance Handyman job role will be responsible for minor repairs to the building fabric, furnishing, decorative finishes and fittings. Job Requirements Ideally the candidate for the Maintenance Handyman job will have previous experience working in a hotel environment in a similar handyman job role or building maintenance of a commercial building.

Have good experience with maintenance of HVAC, electrical and mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate for the Handyman job will be well presented and have excellent communication skills.
