Quality Engineer – Precision Manufacturing

· Perform inspection of incoming, in-process, and finished components

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
• Hiring for Sigma Toolings, G 39/20, MIDC Waluj, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), 431136.
• Interpret drawings and verify dimensions and tolerances
• Maintain quality records and inspection reports
• Identify defects and support root cause analysis
• Coordinate with production team to resolve quality issues
• Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures CTC: 20000 to 24000 per month Support continuous improvement initiatives Requirements
• Diploma in any stream / BSc
• 2–3 years of experience in quality inspection or assurance
• Good understanding of precision machining and quality standards
• Ability to use measuring instruments effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of quality inspection and assurance processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Understanding of GD&T and tolerance standards
• Proficiency in measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge)
• Basic knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, root cause analysis)
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
