We are currently hiring Part-Time Cruise Guest Services Agents to assist with the embarkation process for guests traveling with: Disney Cruise Line | Holland America Line | Viking Cruises | Crystal Cruises ⚓ What You'll Do As a Cruise Guest Services Agent, you'll be one of the first friendly faces guests meet at the terminal.

You'll help make their embarkation experience smooth, organized, and enjoyable by: Welcoming and assisting cruise guests in a friendly and professional manner Assisting passengers with the check-in and embarkation process Using tablets and other technology to complete guest check-in Answering guest questions and providing helpful information Helping maintain an organized and efficient boarding process Working closely with terminal and cruise line teams Representing SMS and our cruise line partners with professionalism and enthusiasm Helping create a positive experience for guests from the moment they arrive 🌊 Position Details Position: Part-Time Cruise Guest Services Agent Location: Port Everglades Pay: $16.
