We are currently hiring Part-Time Check-In Agents to support the embarkation experience for guests traveling with: MSC Cruises | Norwegian Cruise Line | Virgin Voyages | Oceania Cruises | Regent Seven Seas Cruises | Explora Journeys ⚓ What You'll Do As a Check-In Agent, you'll play an important role in helping guests start their cruise on a positive note.

You'll: Welcome and assist cruise guests as they arrive at the terminal Complete the guest check-in process using tablets and other technology Verify travel and identification documents Provide friendly, professional customer service Answer guest questions and provide directions and assistance Help keep the embarkation process organized, efficient, and welcoming Work as part of a team in a busy, dynamic cruise terminal environment 📍 Position Details Position: Part-Time Check-In Agent Location: Port of Miami Work Setting: In-person Schedule: Cruise operations are primarily on weekends; weekend availability is required Environment: Fast-paced, team-oriented, and guest-focused 💰 Compensation $16.
