Human Resources Director
Job description
Responsible for the overall administration of Human Resources for all Sunset Community Health Center facilities. Develops, directs and manages all HR programs including employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, policy development and HR related training. Provides leadership and direction to maintain quality work life and to ensure compliance with State and Federal legal requirements.
