Junior Civil Engineer (Associate) Job Summary The Junior Civil Engineer (Associate) supports the planning, design, construction, and supervision of civil engineering projects under the guidance of senior engineers. The role provides practical experience in project implementation, quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, design, and supervision of construction projects. Support site inspections, quality control, and project monitoring. Prepare technical reports, drawings, and project documentation. Assist with quantity estimates, project scheduling, and progress reporting. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.

Collaborate with project teams and participate in training and professional development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 0–2 years of relevant experience. Basic knowledge of construction methods, engineering principles, and project management. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other civil engineering software is an added advantage.
