Talent Acquisition Coordinator

What You'll Do

Review and manage incoming applications. Contact applicants and conduct initial phone screenings. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients as needed / requested. Maintain candidate records within our applicant tracking system. Assist with creating and posting job advertisements. Guide candidates through the onboarding process.

Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and required documentation. Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process. Help fill positions for Sher Staffing's existing customers. We're Looking For Someone Who Has Previous recruiting, HR, staffing, or administrative experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple openings / requests simultaneously. Experience using recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, or Gusto. Comfortable learning new software and systems. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Compensation Independent Contractor (1099) Potential for Flexible hours based on hiring activity $18/hr - $20/hr, depending on experience Part time, with an option to go full time at Location Candidates should be based in Central Indiana .
