Operator II

The Operator II role at UCT is responsible for executing packing and manufacturing activities to meet customer demand, production output, quality standards, and on‑time delivery. This position ensures processes are performed according to specifications and work instructions, supports smooth shift handovers, and highlights abnormalities for resolution.

Operators also train newcomers through the buddy system, contribute to continuous improvement, and maintain cleanroom discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards. With teamwork, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently under shift schedules, the Operator II plays a key role in sustaining efficient operations and delivering high‑quality products in UCT’s semiconductor manufacturing environment.
