Regional HR Business Partner (Business Support Functions)

Our client, one of the leading global consumer goods company, are looking to onboard a Regional HRBP to be based in Singapore You are a strategic HR Business Partner who thrives to implement people-centric solutions to solve business challenges. You are a HR subject matter expert adept at implementing established programs to meet the needs of the business as well as championing new ways of working to address unmet needs.
General missions: You will work closely with all levels of the organization but particular attention will be given to CFO, CTO and CHRO and the functional organization they will support. Serve as a consultant and advisor to the defined customers (managers and employees) group with regards to talent acquisition, employee relations, engagement, coaching, performance management, organizational design, change management, talent assessments, leadership development, succession planning programs and more.
Offer guidance and advice to customer group team on operational HR activities in accordance with the local, regional and global policies and procedures and employment legislation and guide teams to regional/local HR support as required. Provide direction and insight in recruitment and selection of key talent. You will add value specifically in the hiring of leadership roles such as senior managers and Directors within the supported functions Collaborate and work closely with local HR generalists / managers to follow up on activities needed to support the Business / Function Continually monitor HR compliance requirements in the business and people processes Proactively participate in both the region - wide and Electrolux-wide HR initiatives.
You will be member of the regional HR&Comms, Finance, IT Leadership teams You will have one functional team member reporting to you Profile and experience: Solid experience as HR Business Partner, with specific exposure to either APAC or MEA markets. Experience at a global level is a plus. Strong change management background, with prior experiences driving and implement successful transformational programs.
Previous project management experiences in HR transformation projects. Expertise of agile methodologies (eg: Scrum) applied to the HR environment. Experience advising and counselling managers on how to identify and attract key talent, develop succession plans, utilize recognition and rewards to incentivize right behavior, and help managers drive performance improvement and career growth within their teams.
Strong knowledge of key HR processes and practices – recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, talent development, employee relations, change management and Employee Engagement Fluency in written and spoken English, any other language is a plus Ability to travel internationally when needed This role is handled by Deepthi (R1546814) Kindly take note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
