Job description
We are looking for an Atlassian Administrator to manage and optimize Jira and Confluence environments while enabling seamless enterprise collaboration. This role involves administering, configuring, and enhancing Atlassian tools, along with leading Jira to Azure DevOps migration initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth transitions, improving workflows, and maintaining system performance, security, and scalability across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain Jira and Confluence platforms for performance, security, and scalability Lead end-to-end migration of Jira projects, workflows, and data to Azure DevOps Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define migration strategies Optimize workflows, permission schemes, and integrations to improve productivity Provide technical support, training, and guidance on Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements Integrate Jira with tools such as Service.
Now, Salesforce, Ops. Genie, and Webhook APIs Configure automation using Jira APIs, Script. Runner, and automation rules Key Skills and Qualifications 3–5 years of experience administering Jira and Confluence in enterprise environments Proven experience in Jira to Azure DevOps migration projects Strong expertise in Jira workflows, custom fields, permissions, and plugin management Hands-on experience with Confluence space management, permissions, and integrations Knowledge of Azure DevOps Boards, Pipelines, and integrations Experience with scripting or automation (Python, Power.
