Job Scopes

• Proactively fulfills IT service requests and resolves incidents for all VIP staff.
• Provides preparation, rehearsal, and standby support for VIP meetings and video conferences.
• Builds and maintains separate device profiles for VIPs. Job Requirement
• Higher-Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related discipline. - 3-5 years of IT support experience, focusing on VIPs or C-level executives.
• Strong proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and VIP device profile maintenance.
• Expertise in Video conference setup and standby support.
• High level of professionalism; willingness to handle non-VIP tasks on a shared resource basis.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Working Windows: Mon – Fri, 08:00 - 19:00; Sat, 08:00 - 14:00
• Working Location: Customer Office
