What you will do

Give scheduled medications and treatments, including oral, topical, and injectable, per physician orders and facility policy Monitor and record vital signs, assessments, and changes in condition Provide wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures within LPN scope Supervise and support CNAs on your shift Update care plans and keep accurate documentation in [EHR / paper charting] Communicate with RNs, physicians, residents, and families Respond to emergencies and follow infection control protocols Requirements What you need Active Georgia LPN license in good standing, or an active multistate (compact) license Current CPR/BLS certification At least 1 year of LPN experience (long-term care or assisted living preferred) Strong medication administration and documentation skills Reliable transportation Willingness to complete a background check, drug screen, and TB test Why work with Ser.
