Job description Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Customer communicator Receiving and confirming customer orders Working closely with planning Launching orders to production Tracking and communicating order delivery dates Managing new files and pre-press project requests Managing new projects and customer orders Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.

Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases. Maintaining a good relationship with customers Related tasks (Support planning and others) Attend/hold customer meetings virtually or in person.

Requirements

English, written and spoken. Written and/or Spoken Spanish is an asset High school diploma or associate’s degree. Experience in Customer Service or in related fields. Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary. Warm personality with strong communication skills. Ability to work well under limited supervision.
