Business Application Consultant - SAP SM

Responsibilities

/ Tasks

• Analyze business requirements and design service processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Configure and support service-related functionalities such as service orders, confirmations, service contracts, and installed base management.
• Integrate service processes with C4C, FSM, SD, MM, and finance modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service execution.
• Support testing, training, documentation, and go-live activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

Your Profile

/ Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, a related field or bring relevant professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP Service processes, ideally in S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of service lifecycle management and related business processes.
• Experience with integration into logistics and finance modules.
• Experience with S/4HANA and familiarity with SAP Fiori apps are a plus.
• Understanding of integration scenarios with SAP C4C and SAP FSM is a plus.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to think ahead and solve problems independently.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
