Room Boy

The Room Boy will be responsible for various housekeeping and maintenance tasks to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness in our office. This role is integral to our company's image and the well-being of our staff, as it directly impacts their comfort and productivity. Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in all office areas, including common spaces, meeting rooms, and restrooms.

Ensure the availability of essential office supplies and restock as needed. Perform regular deep cleaning tasks, such as dusting, mopping, and vacuuming. Handle waste management, including proper segregation and disposal of office waste. Assist in setting up and arranging furniture and equipment for meetings and events.

Conduct routine checks and report any maintenance issues or damages to the relevant departments. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring their comfort and providing directions as needed. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the company's values. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an office setting. Excellent physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor tasks. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and visitors.

Basic knowledge of office equipment and supplies. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and priorities. A positive and proactive attitude towards work. Willingness to undergo training and development opportunities.
