2nd Shift Production Supervisor

What You'll Do

Oversee second-shift operations across our Welding, Powder Coat, and Fabrication departments. Drive Production: Keep operations running efficiently while meeting production schedules, quality standards, and customer commitments. Develop People: Coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable while building a positive, high-performing culture.

Solve Problems: Take ownership of production challenges, equipment downtime, and workflow bottlenecks. Champion Safety & Quality: Set clear expectations and ensure every team member goes home safely. Make an Impact: Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen overall shift performance.

QuikCut West | Fort Wayne, Indiana 2nd Shift | Full-Time Requirements 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in metal fabrication, welding, or related operations.

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Confidence making decisions and managing multiple priorities. A leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, lead by example, and hold people accountable. A passion for developing employees and driving continuous improvement.
