A/C Installation Engineer

A/C Installation Engineer Company: Artic Building Services Working Hours: 08:00-17:00 Artic Building Services is seeking an experienced and motivated A/C Installation Engineer to be actively involved in air-conditioning installation projects. The successful candidate will maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Install, commission and test a range of air-conditioning systems. Ensure installations comply with manufacturers' instructions, project specifications and relevant regulations. Maintain high health and safety standards, including completing site documentation and risk assessments on a PDA. Identify and resolve installation issues promptly.

Support maintenance and service activities when required. Ensure tools, materials and equipment are used safely and effectively. Complete installation records, progress reports and other required documentation. Mentor less-experienced team members and promote good working practices. Positive attitude “can do, will do”.

Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site Commercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works / sales Experience and Qualifications At least 5 years of A/C installation experience. Relevant air-conditioning, refrigeration or mechanical engineering qualifications including F-Gas Strong practical knowledge of A/C installation methods, equipment and commissioning procedures.

Good working knowledge of maintenance and service activities. Good understanding of health and safety requirements. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Full UK driving licence preferred. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be a dependable and experienced A/C professional who leads by example.
