Legal Counsel in Corporate Finance 80–100%

What you will do

You will become part of an experienced, dynamic and collegial team that is eager to embrace change and values professional exchange. You will:

• advise on all legal matters regarding the structuring, documentation and execution of complex, domestic or cross-border credit financings, including export finance transactions covered by an export credit risk insurance
• advise on all legal matters regarding distressed loans and recovery solutions
• negotiate and draft contractual documents in German and English
• give clear, precise legal advice to our business partners and other risk functions
• help shaping the way we work in Group Legal – together with us and with AI by
