Job Summary

The Food and Beverage service staff of The Founders Golf Club delivers exceptional dining service, both in a restaurant setting and banquet setting, to the Club’s members and guests. A warm and friendly demeanor, excellent team-centric skills and sincere caring attitude are essential. We are seeking a skilled and personable bartender to join our team and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a positive attitude, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Physical Requirements: Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands, fingers and arms to reach, hold and feel objects.

Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Will be subject to noises, wet floors and equipment as consistent with a commercial food service environment, as well as a high-paced work conditions consistent with a busy restaurant.

Required Skills

Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), a flexible schedule, willing to work nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to quickly learn computer skills as required for inputting orders through the Club’s point of sale (POS) system. Primary Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Prepare & serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes & customer preferences.

Assume position as Food and Beverage Server when needed. Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Take orders accurately and provide recommendations when requested. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Operate within all alcoholic beverage-related laws and regulations. Monitor customer behavior and consumption to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

Process payments using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions responsibly. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
