Foreman/Supervisor

Job Skills / Requirements Clean. Craft is hiring a Foreman/Supervisor to take full ownership of one of our large cleaning accounts. You will lead a team of 20+ cleaners at a single site, own the customer relationship, and make sure the building gets taken care of every single night. This is a working leadership role. You will be on the floor with your team, not behind a desk.

If you like being in the building, solving problems on the spot, and getting credit for a site that runs right, this is your job.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead and supervise a team of 20+ cleaners across all shifts
• Build the schedule and keep every shift covered
• Manage timekeeping and submit payroll accurately, every pay period
• Be the main point of contact for the customer - walkthroughs, questions, and complaints handled face to face
• Train new hires and set the standard for quality and safety
• Work alongside your team, including covering shifts when needed
• Own all supplies, chemicals and equipment for the site
• Keep labor and supply costs within budget WHAT YOU NEED
• Experience managing schedules and timekeeping for hourly staff
• Confidence handling a customer complaint in person
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable with a smartphone or tablet for scheduling and inspections
• Willing to do the cleaning work yourself when the situation calls for it
