Sr. Default Claims Specialist

The Senior Default Claims Specialist will be responsible for preparing, filing, and following up on all FHA, VA, USDA, MI, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae claims. They will ensure claims are filed timely and accurately according to insurer and investor guidelines. They will perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

They will be required to be experts of mortgage servicing investors, state and federal guidelines pertaining to loan servicing, with specific emphasis on default claim processing. Additionally, the Senior Default Claims Specialist will be responsible for routinely identifying various process gaps and communicating suggested resolutions to leadership.
