THE ROLE We are seeking a motivated and hospitality-driven Restaurant Front of House Supervisor to help lead daily dining room operations and support our growing service team.

This hands-on leadership position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, coaching team members, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. The ideal candidate leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Restaurant Operations & Guest Experience Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure efficient, professional, and attentive service. Monitor reservations, seating, service pacing, and dining room readiness. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, presentation, and hospitality.

Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily operational responsibilities. Team Leadership & Development Supervise, coach, and support front-of-house associates during daily service. Lead by example, fostering a positive culture of teamwork, accountability, and professionalism. Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members.

Provide constructive feedback and reinforce consistent service standards. Food, Beverage & Service Excellence Develop strong knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and beverage selections. Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless service. Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.

Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and the overall guest experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a full-service restaurant preferred. Experienced servers with demonstrated leadership potential are encouraged to apply. Experience in upscale dining, farm-to-table, or chef-driven restaurants is a plus. Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout shifts.
