What We Offer

Pay from £12.69 – £15.20 per hour (+ double on Bank Holidays) Sleep-in shifts: £123 (10 hours) Travel time paid (£11.50/hr) + mileage (40p–45p per mile) Minimum 2-hour visits – no rushed care Flexible hours to fit your life Paid Training provided + DBS reimbursed after 40 hrs worked Pension, health cover & employee support schemes A supportive team who truly care about you Opportunities to grow and build a career in care Requirements: UK driving licence + own car (with business insurance) Availability every other weekend Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available) What You’ll Do: Support people in your local community to live independently Be a friendly face, a helping hand, and someone to rely on Provide personal care, companionship, and everyday support Local Work in Dorking & Surrounding Areas: Dorking, Betchworth, Brockham, Buckland, Westcott, Beare Green, Newdigate, Capel, Ockley, Abinger, Holmbury St Mary, Mickleham & surrounding villages.
