Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced hands-on Housekeeping Manager with a minimum of 3 years of housekeeping management experience to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.

This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of housekeeping staff. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE HOUSEKEEPING MANAGEMENT AND HANDS-ON HOUSEKEEPING EXPERIENCE. WE WILL CHECK REFERENCES AND FORMER EMPLOYERS. Duties:

• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas of the facility are properly maintained
• Recruit, train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Coordinate with other departments to address any maintenance or repair needs
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels
• Oversee floor care, including carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services -Step up and be hands-on as needed -Perform housekeeping duties Requirements:
• Proven experience in housekeeping management, with a minimum of 3 years in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels
• Knowledge of custodial procedures and best practices
