Immediate seat time on Soilmec and Comacchio rigs, backed by incoming deliveries from Bauer (BG 36), Liebherr, and Comacchio (MC 22, MC 28, MC 8D). Long-term stability and advancement opportunities to transition into lead operator roles and management. Drill Rig Operator Job Duties: Operate heavy equipment to accurately remove and place materials.

Load and offload debris, rocks, and other materials from heavy equipment. Report any injuries, safety concerns, and accidents immediately. Follow safety codes at all times. Communicate with coworkers to claridy project specifications. Aid coworkers in maintaining site cleanliness and organization. Advise the manager of necessary repairs, upgrades, and replacements.

Drill Rig Operator Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of direct, verified seat time operating either: Large-Diameter Hydraulic Rotary Rigs: (Soilmec, Bauer, Liebherr) for soldier piles, drilled shafts/caissons, secant walls, and auger cast (CFA) piles. Small-Diameter / Multipurpose Rigs: (Comacchio MC series, Klemm, etc.)

form micropiles, tieback anchors, soil nails, and rock bolts. In depth knowledge of rig alignment, drilling tolerances, tooling wear, and preventative field maintenance. Active Union membership in good standing (or eligible for immediate dispatch/transfer). Valid driver’s license and dependable daily transportation across the DMV and Baltimore corridor.
