Welding - Journeyman

We are seeking experienced Journeyman Welders to join our team. Candidates must have demonstrated experience performing high-quality pipe welding in industrial, commercial, or construction environments. Pay and Schedule: Pay- $33-$35 per hour Schedule- 40 hours per week guaranteed Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of professional welding experience in a related industrial or construction environment.

Must be a U.S. Citizen. Current 6010/7018 6G Pipe Weld Test Certification required. Must have a valid Fall Protection Certification. Must have a valid Scissor Lift Certification . Ability to operate related machinery such as plasma cutters, grinders, and metal fabrication tools. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, welding, symbols, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality welding tasks including MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored Arc Welding on various metals such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to execute precise fabrication and repair work. Inspect and test welded joints to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Maintain welding equipment and tools in safe working condition and report any malfunctions or safety hazards. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to plan and prioritize daily work assignments and meet project deadlines. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and environmental regulations related to welding and metal fabrication.

Document work performed and materials used, providing accurate reports for project tracking and quality control.
