Marketing Intern

This internship focuses on office and administrative support, with opportunities to assist marketing and media teams. You’ll help keep the office running smoothly, support client coordination, and contribute to basic marketing activities as you learn.

Responsibilities

Office & Administrative Support Answer incoming phone calls and route messages appropriately Maintain a professional and welcoming office presence Assist with basic administrative and organizational tasks Scheduling & Client Coordination Book and schedule meetings with clients and internal team members Manage calendars and confirm appointments Assist with basic client follow-ups Marketing & Social Media Support Assist with social media posting and simple content creation Contribute photos, short captions, or behind-the-scenes content Help organize and manage marketing materials Media & Field Team Support Assist with scheduling and coordination for field media teams Help prepare materials and organize media assets General Support Assist with day-to-day tasks as assigned Support special projects across the team Requirements Currently enrolled in school or recently graduated (high school or college) Comfortable answering phones and interacting with clients Basic computer skills (email, Google Docs, scheduling tools) Reliable, punctual, and organized Willingness to learn and help where needed Nice to Have (Not Required) Interest in marketing, media, or business Familiarity with social media platforms Prior office or customer service experience What You’ll Gain Professional office experience Exposure to marketing, media, and client communication On-the-job learning and mentorship A strong foundation for future roles in marketing or business Salary $12 - $16 per hour
