Pay: $ $23.00-$28.00/hour Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 Certified Nursing Assistant Opportunity: Full-time, permanent position Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 5:30 PM – 6:00 AM Provide compassionate, individualized in-home palliative care to patients with serious, chronic, or life-limiting conditions.

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal hygiene. Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions while providing comfort, dignity, and emotional support. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Certified Nursing Assistant Qualifications: Current, active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Current BLS/CPR certification. Previous CNA or direct patient care experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while demonstrating compassion, reliability, and attention to detail.
