Performance Lead

Start Date: 26th Oct 2026Job Description:Define and own the performance testing strategy across projects. Lead end-to-end performance testing efforts including planning, scripting, execution and analysis. Architect complex Load. Runner frameworks and reusable components. Review and approve test scripts, workloads, and test results.

Provide expert-level analysis and performance tuning recommendations across layers. Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance SLAs and KPIs. Mentor senior and junior performance engineers. Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices and tools. Skills. Performance Testing – 5/5Load.
