Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives. Proactively manage and organize executive calendars to optimize efficiency. Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other documents on behalf of executives.
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and requests, redirecting them as appropriate. Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas and materials for meetings. Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute them as needed. Coordinate logistics for conferences, events, and business trips. Documentation and Filing: Maintain and organize executive files, documents, and records.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Follow up on action items and deadlines to ensure completion. Travel Arrangements: Arrange and coordinate travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
