This position has the authority to negotiate with suppliers concerning price, delivery and arrangements within budgetary limitations. Planning requires individual to assign priorities to manufactured parts according to the manufacturing schedule. Has responsibility for purchasing and scheduling goods and services to meet customer deliveries.

Will analyze data and determine factors that affect cost, quality, and reliability. This position has authority for negotiating supplier issues.
