Office & Systems Administrator

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Administrator to streamline our daily operations. At Sumo Tech, we move fast. You will be the "glue" that holds our internal processes together - managing office logistics, supporting the sales team, and maintaining our internal software platforms to ensure our consultants can focus on delivering world-class IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Systems & Process Support Provide primary administrative support for internal platforms (including CRM and HRIS). Manage data entry and ensure record accuracy across client accounts and internal databases. Generate weekly operational reports and assist in tracking project milestones.
2. Sales & Client Coordination Assist the sales department with the preparation of professional quotes, proposals, and tender documents. Act as a point of contact for client queries, ensuring professional and timely communication. Coordinate scheduling for client meetings and technical consultations.
3. Office Management Manage vendor relationships, including office supplies, utilities, and facility maintenance. Oversee general office logistics to maintain a high-energy, organized workspace. Assist with basic financial admin, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses.
4. Documentation & Compliance Maintain digital filing systems for legal letters, partnership agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience Technical Proficiency: High level of comfort with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and cloud-based business tools (prior experience with Zoho or similar ERP/CRM systems is a major plus). Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Problem-Solving: A "find a way" attitude with the ability to troubleshoot administrative bottlenecks independently.

Organization: Masterful at multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a high-pressure environment.
