Client Success Representative

Overview

Good businesses are built on relationships, and this role is all about starting them. As a Client Success Representative, you'll talk with business owners, understand how they take payments today, and show them a setup that keeps more of each sale in their pocket. You'll go through full training before your first conversation, follow a clear step-by-step process, and have a team one call away.

Owners usually welcome the conversation because the savings are real. This is a full-time role, and your pay grows with the accounts you bring on, with bonuses for strong months.

What You'll Do

Reach out to business owners and build a quick, genuine connection Learn how they take payments now and what gets in their way Recommend a payment and point-of-sale setup that fits their business Answer questions honestly and help them feel confident in the switch Stay with each new account through setup and the first few weeks Keep notes, follow-ups and next steps current in the CRM What We're Looking For Warm, clear communicator who enjoys meeting new people Goal-driven and consistent day to day Coachable and quick to pick up a new process Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales is a plus What's Offered Full-time position Hands-on training and weekly coaching A step-by-step process and a team behind you Performance-based pay with monthly bonuses Room to grow based on results
