Part-Time Business Development Liaison Join Us at Little Spurs Autism Centers! Little Spurs Autism Centers is seeking an outgoing and motivated Business Development Liaison to help us expand awareness of our services and build strong referral relationships in the San Antonio community. This is a position that offers the opportunity to make a direct impact in connecting children and families with the care they need.

The Details:

  • Pay: $18–$20/hour depending on experience
  • Hours: 20-30 hours per week
  • Schedule: Must be available Monday–Friday during daytime business hours, with occasional evenings and weekends for events
  • Location: San Antonio, TX (local travel required, mileage reimbursement provided) What You Need (Qualifications):
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge or experience with ABA therapy or healthcare strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills, able to prioritize tasks, stay systematic, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and web-based tools
  • Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

  • Be part of a caring, mission-driven organization making a difference in children’s lives Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Extensive driving throughout the assigned market and having a method of transportation is required (mileage reimbursement will be provided) Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with pediatricians, psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to promote ABA therapy services.

Education

& Outreach: Conduct presentations, workshops, and informational sessions to Educate healthcare professionals about the benefits of ABA therapy and our specific offerings. Collaboration: Work closely with clinical teams to ensure a unified approach to patient care and service delivery, providing feedback from healthcare partners to improve services.

Reporting & Metrics: Track and report all marketing activity, new clients, issues/opportunities and share with VP of Marketing and Communications. Community Engagement: Participate in community events and initiatives to raise awareness about ABA therapy and our organization. Department Support: Participate in cross-training for intake-related activities, including; responding to and managing all incoming leads promptly and professionally, including provider referrals, social media leads, phone calls, website inquiries, and other client inquiry sources.

Ensure each lead is documented, followed up on, and routed appropriately. This role must be comfortable speaking about all Little Spurs service lines and directing families or referral sources to the appropriate team or service based on their needs. Assist with other special projects, tasks and events as needed Occasional work on weekends will be required as well as setup/takedown of marketing supplies at various events Your Day-to-Day:

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong professional connections with pediatricians, psychologists, schools, and local organizations to promote ABA therapy services.
  • Education & Outreach: Conduct presentations, workshops, and meetings to inform providers and community partners about our programs.
  • Collaboration: Work with our clinical team to ensure feedback from community partners enhances services.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track and share marketing activities, new contacts, and referral opportunities with the VP of Marketing & Communications.
  • Community Engagement: Represent Little Spurs at local events and initiatives to raise awareness about autism services (occasional evenings and weekends required).
  • Strategic Contribution: Identify new outreach opportunities and provide insights to support growth and strengthen community partnerships.
