Business Development Liaison Facility: Kid's Thrive West Cincinnati Position: Business Development Liaison Shift: Full-Time Days Employment Type: Full-Time Make a Difference. Build Relationships. Grow With Us. Kid's Thrive West Cincinnati is seeking a Business Development Liaison to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused professional who is passionate about connecting families, healthcare professionals, community partners, and organizations with the services and resources they need.

The Business Development Liaison will play an important role in growing awareness of our programs and services, developing strong referral relationships, and representing Kid's Thrive West Cincinnati throughout the community. What You'll Do

Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, community organizations, schools, and other key partners. Identify opportunities to increase awareness of Kid's Thrive West Cincinnati and its services within the community. Build and maintain a strong referral network through regular communication, outreach, and relationship development.

Represent the facility at community events, networking opportunities, professional meetings, and other outreach activities. Educate referral partners and community organizations about available programs and services. Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to support business development and growth initiatives.

Track outreach activities, referrals, and relationship-building efforts. Identify new opportunities for community partnerships and referral development. Maintain a professional presence that reflects the mission and values of Kid's Thrive West Cincinnati. Support marketing and community outreach initiatives as needed.

Provide exceptional customer service to families, referral partners, and community contacts. Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Professional, outgoing, and engaging personality. Ability to establish trust and build lasting relationships with a variety of audiences. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Strong presentation and networking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business technology. Previous experience in business development, healthcare marketing, community outreach, sales, referral development, or a related field is preferred. Experience working in a healthcare, pediatric, rehabilitation, or community-based setting is a plus.
