COMPENSATION

& BENEFITS Base Salary: $80,000–$88,000 annually, depending on qualifications. Total Earning Potential: Up to $100,000 annually, including eligible Caseload-Based Performance Incentives. Incentive earnings are not guaranteed. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, employer HSA contributions, 401(k) with immediately vested employer matching, and relocation assistance.
