Kenzie-certified specialists, with truly individualized, hands-on treatment for everything from back and joint pain to vestibular disorders and injury recovery. They build every plan around the individual, backing it with evidence-based techniques delivered by a genuinely friendly, encouraging staff. The result is fast access (appointments within 24–48 hours) and a proven track record of getting patients back to being healthy, active, and pain-free.

COMPENSATION

PACKAGE This role pays PTs $38-42 an hour and PTAs $28-31/hour. We take mentorship seriously, giving you the support to grow toward the upper end of that range. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Most of your day is spent directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right. That includes:
• Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities
• Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention
• Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
• Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for a PT or PTA who genuinely wants to help people move better and wants to keep growing themselves. Ideal candidates have:
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• A Colorado physical therapy license, or eligibility for one
• All experience levels are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills, the kind that put patients at ease
• Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line

• Lift up to 50 pounds
